KG, Thank you for the clarification. Looks like he avenged his loss in the "Upper" State Championships and Won the State Tournament. I've never saw the kid wrestle but I know he's pretty dang good if he can beat Henderson 13-4.

No doubt the kid must be though but what's odd to me is He lost to Madson from Father Ryan at 138. Whiteside majored Madson and Brown beat Whiteside. And Brown is dropping. Should be interesting to see how it plays out.

Good news is....Brentwood will be at Halls for a dual in 2 weeks, prior to Halls Invitational. They may wrestle twice in two nights.

Also, Brentwood is D-2....so, unless we are P4Ping here...more a mute discussion.

You are speaking of Brentwood ACADEMY... Brentwood High School is public school and that is where this kid moved to so the discussion is relevant.

132 is a pretty stacked weight! Should be at least 5 state medalist with this Brentwood kid added to the mix.

Brown at 4. He beat Whiteside yes. But who else? I know Whiteside beat madson, who beat Milasauskas. But styles make matchups. I know you’ve all heard the A beats B, B beats C, and C beats A scenario before so I won’t go into it. But that’s basically my reasoning.

He has beaten Frye (teched), beat Whiteside (at 138), beat Bradford (at 138), pinned Madsen (at 138), lone TN loss to Story (at 138 in OT), beat Lemmons (at 145)....those are the ranked opponents he has wrestled this year.

Looks like Milasauskas, Henderson, Brown, Pendley, and Fowler should all have a good shot.

Brown will be at Wilson Central Invitational this weekend, at 132.
