Here is my stab at this. Coming from a Memphian's perspective. LOD, this is a lot harder then it looks.

My 'fantasy' HS Coaching staff is as follows:

1.  Head Coach: Rodney Saulsberry**** (HC at Whitehaven

2. Offensive Coordinator: Bobby Alston**** (HC at MUS)

3. Defensive Coordinator: Errol Harmon (DC at Whitehaven)

4. O-line Coach: Thomas McDaniel (HC at CBHS)

5. D-line Coach: Eddie Woods (HC at Cane Ridge)

6. Linebacker Coach: Kevin Creasy (HC at Oakland)

7. RB Coach: Marcus Wimberly (HC at Cordova)

8. Receiver (WR) Coach: Durron Sutton (HC at Ridgeway)

9. D-back Coach: Gene Robinson (HC at Fairley)

10. Special Team Coach: Adam Sykes (HC at Arlington)

11. Kicking Coach: Bobby Alston**** (HC at MUS)

12. Strenght and Conditioning Coach: Clarence Dilliard (OC at Whitehaven)

13. TE Coach***: Kevin Locastro**** (HC at Lausanne)

14. QB Coach***: Chester Flowers (HC at Kirby

15. Recruiting Coordinator*: Kevin Locastro**** (HC at Lausanne)

16. Recruitment Coordinator**: Rodney Saulsberry**** (HC at Whitehaven)

17. FB Coach: Rahnmann Slocum (HC at Soutwind)

* = Coach who gets football players to come and play football at my school

** = Coach who gets college coaches to come and recruit players from my school to play at their university/college

*** = Coaching category added since edit on 05/02/18

**** = Coach with Dual Roles

All coaches listed above are current 2018 coaches in high school as per LOD's instructions.

LOD's favorite Coach of all time, Ron Aydelott @ Head Coach.

Does the phrase starting with, "It will be a cold day in................."!  Sound familiar.  He is where he needs to be.  MIDDLE SCHOOL, and NOT 6A!

I am still working on mine.  Only ones for sure so far are DC and O-line Coach for me.

I would LOVE Quarles, but I did specify 'current' HS Coaches.

KWC is working along the lines I imagined.

I will be pulling from both Public and Private.  That seems only fair as they are recruiting from the publics.

I want Coaches that not only know football, but care for the players as upright and honest men also.  You know the kinds you would want coaching your sons and grandsons, and would be allowed in your house with your daughter as a date!

You did at that. Which means I have to go back and edit my original submission. That changes things.

That wasn't easy.

Yep, and it is still a LONG way to go until we see some fall hitting.  I thought it would give us something constructive to do until fall.  LOL

Besides it beats mowing grass.
