Star of the game: Daniel McCarthy rushed for 158 yards and scored five touchdowns as Episcopal (1-3) rallied from a 24-7 deficit to defeat visiting West Nassau (2-2).

Turning point: Leading 35-31 with 3:59 left, blitzing Eagles linebacker Cole Washington stuffed backup QB Kyle Crews on fourth-and-1 at the Warriors' 10-yard line. McCarthy burst up the middle for a game-clinching score on the next play.

On defense:West Nassau's D.J. Jones recovered two McCarthy fumbles in the first half, both leading to scores. ...
