Batting highlights: Seabreeze had 10 hits. Presswood, Cleary, Boice and Spicer all had multiple hits. Mainland had 6 hits in the game. J Campbell and A Chirco each had multiple hits for Mainland. Campbell went 3-3.

Pitching highlights: Seabreeze’s Ethan Gilbert pitched 5 innings, giving up 6 hits, 2 runs, striking out 10 and walking one to earn the win. Thomas Davidson came in to earn the save, recording the last 3 outs.

Of note: Seabreeze played error-free defense.

Weight-class winners: Matt Hummer (Pine Ridge), 255 total; Justin Irizarry (University), 465 total; Chandler Powers (University), 480 total; Dominique Gorham (Pine Ridge), 435 total; Jalen Cucchiaro (University), 435 total; Izaiah Marquez (University), 570 total;  Nolin Senez (University), 610 total; Joel Vargas (University), 530 total; Jordon Carter (University), 575 total.

Highlights: University won 7 of 9 weight classes. Chandler Powers (University) had a personal-best 270 bench. Jordon Carter (University) posted a career-high total of 575.

Softball

Batting highlights: Lopez, Hannah Wilen 3-4, 2 runs; Hailey Bruce 2-4, 2 doubles, RBI; Emma Wilen double; Grace Davis, Kaylee Albrecht, each had a single; Taylore Smith RBI sacrifice bunt.

Pitching highlights: Lopez, Emma Wilen 6 IP, 4 Ks.
