COACH OF THE YEAR
Juan Henao, American Heritage: First-year coach led the Stallions (9-1-3) to an unbeaten record until the loss in the regional final to Trinity Prep. “I am most proud of the way the guys responded to me being my first season with them. I knew it was going to be difficult, but I tried to set the tone from the very first day and I couldn’t have asked for a better first season. We grew together as a family and had a good run overall so despite our season finishing early, a lot of lessons were learned, and we all took something positive from the negative.”
