     FEATS OF THE WEEK: For the first time since 2005, regionally ranked Ramsey, N.J., Don Bosco lost to an in-state opponent. The defending Prep Poll champion Ironmen had won their previous 61 games against New Jersey foes before losing, 20-10, to regionally ranked Montvale, St. Joseph Regional on Thanksgiving Day. ... Led by senior quarterback Don Butkus – the great nephew of Hall of Fame linebacker Dick Butkus – regionally ranked Chicago, Mount Carmel defeated Carol Stream, Glenbard North, 28-14, to win the Illinois Class 8A state title. It was the 11^th championship for the Caravan, but first since 2002. ... Regionally ranked Webb City, Mo., steamrolled Jefferson City, Helias, 49-14, to claim its third Class 4 state title in a row and 45^th consecutive win. Among 11-man teams, the Cardinals own the second longest unbeaten streak in the nation behind Clairton, Pa. The Bears set a state record with their 60^th straight win in a 58-21 rout of McKees Rocks, Sto-Rox for the Western Pennsylvania Class A championship. ... Tyler Jones of Stephenville, Texas, threw eight touchdown passes and had 478 passing yards in a 56-24 blowout of Kennedale in a Class 3A/I playoff game. ... Reece Foy tossed five touchdown passes to orchestrate Honolulu, ‘Iolani’s 36-33 win against Lahaina, Lahainaluna for the Hawaii Division II title. It’s the Raiders’ sixth consecutive state championship, which is currently the longest streak in the nation. Fort Thomas, Ky., Highlands can equal the mark with a win in the Kentucky 4A state championship on Friday.
