The National Prep Football Poll is compiled by high school sports experts Jamie DeMoney and Jeremy Plowman and a panel of sportswriters. The national Top 25 and regional Top 10's follow with won-loss-tie records.

The National Prep Poll has been compiled weekly since 1987 and are the only national high school rankings distributed on the Associated Press national wire service.

FEATS OF THE WEEK: LeSean McCoy littered the field with District 3 Class AAAA records in leading Harrisburg, Pa., McDevitt to a thrilling 36-34 playoff semifinal win over Central Dauphin. The junior running back had 514 yards of total offense, five touchdowns and 387 rushing yards on 42 carries -- all District 3 playoff records. In two postseason games this year, McCoy has 748 rushing yards and nine touchdowns . . . Modesto, Calif., Central Catholic drilled Turlock Christian, 79-0, to win its Sac-Joaquin Section-record 47th consecutive game. The Raiders have outscored opponents by a combined 626-38 in 11 games this season . . . Brandon Sperlazza tossed a Class AA state-record eight touchdown passes to lead Weirton, W. Va., Weir to a 63-22 playoff win over Lindside, James Monroe . . . Ryan Fick passed for a title-game record 301 yards and four touchdowns to lead No. 25 Bettendorf, Iowa, past two-time defending champion West Des Moines, Valley, 34-22. It was the Bulldogs' first 4A state title since 1992 and sixth overall . . . Regionally ranked Omaha, Creighton Prep won its Nebraska-best ninth state championship with a 21-7 defeat of Omaha, Millard North. It was the 298th career win for Creighton Prep coach Tom Jaworski.
