No. 10 Hampton, Phoebus capped a dominant three-year run in Virginia with a convincing 36-17 win over then-No. 23 Ashburn, Stone Bridge in the Division 5 championship. It was the Phantoms' third consecutive title and their 45th straight victory, giving them the nation's second-longest active streak.
