URBANDALE, Iowa -- Perennial Texas power Katy joined the Top 25 in the National Prep Poll while the rest of the rankings remained largely unchanged for the second straight week.

The Tigers are certainly no strangers to the national stage. They've won five state titles with five Top-25 finished in the National Prep Poll since 1997.

Elsewhere in the rankings, Glenville (Cleveland, Ohio) was the biggest gainer this week. The Tarblooders, who own a pair of wins over Top-25 teams already this season, jumped five spots to No. 4 after throttling JFK (Cleveland, Ohio) for their 89th consecutive Senate League victory.

Overall, only three of last week's 70 ranked teams lost and fell out of the rankings.

The National Prep Football Poll is compiled by high school sports journalist Jamie DeMoney with input from sportswriters, experts, and coaches. The national Top 25 and regional Top 10's follow with won-loss records:

FEATS OF THE WEEK: An ESPNU television audience watched No. 5 Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Aquinas win its fifth game over an out-of-state foe in three seasons. Jake Rudock (an Iowa recruit) threw for a school-record 333 yards with four touchdowns in a 42-28 win against then-No. 14 Camden County (Kingsland, Ga.). ... Defending Prep Poll champion Ramsey, N.J., Don Bosco won its second game of the year against a ranked team. The No. 11 Ironmen got three touchdowns from quarterback Gary Nova (Pittsburgh) in a 38-18 rout of county rival Oradell, Bergen Catholic. ... No. 16 Chandler, Ariz., Hamilton extended its win streak to 32 with a 38-20 defeat of rival Chandler on ESPN2. ... No. 22 Indianapolis, Warren Central had 331 rushing yards in a 37-27 defeat of state-ranked Carmel at Lucas Oil Stadium. ... Over 34,000 were on hand to watch Louisville, Ky., Trinity clobber rival Louisville, St. Xavier, 48-0, at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium. ... Senior L.T. Pfaff of Atoka became Oklahoma's all-time passing leader during a 41-13 blowout of Hugo. Pfaff had 392 yards in the game, bringing his four-year total to 9,849. ... Kapri Bibbs of Plainfield, Ill., North ran for a state-record 520 yards and seven touchdowns on 39 carries in a 49-43 win against Oswego. Bibbs has committed to Colorado St. ... During Brazil, Ind., Northview's 61-6 blowout of Clinton, South Vermillion, Trent Lancaster threw eight touchdown passes, tying a state record.
