Andrew Copp of Ann Arbor, Skyline broke the Michigan single-game passing record with 557 yards in a 52-49 loss to Pioneer, reports AnnArbor.com. In the same game, Pioneer running back Drake Johnson had 394 rushing yards and six touchdowns. ... Lincoln Park, Mich., set a state record it did not want when it lost its 48th consecutive game (dating back to 2006). The Railsplitters were shut out 43-0 by Brownstown, Woodhaven. ... Senior Rushel Shell of Aliquippa, Pa., Hopewell became the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League’s all-time leading rusher. The uncommitted senior has 7,718 career yards after gaining 205 in a 27-20 defeat of Pittsburgh, Mount Lebanon. ... Steve Enriquez had 551 total yards and 13 touchdowns leading Fort Davis, Texas, to an eye-popping 124-108 victory over Midland, Trinity in a six-player game. ... Quarterback Chad Chalich (uncommitted) accounted for seven touchdowns – all in the first half – of regionally ranked Coeur d’Alene’s 88-12 drubbing of Sandpoint. ...
