DIRTY DOZEN: Crockett gets 10 of 12 top votes

Brandon Shields

For the most part, the teams ranked in the Dirty Dozen last week picked up wins this week, so this ranking doesn’t see much change compared to last week’s.

There are a couple of position switches.

Two-loss Liberty jumped undefeated Camden to get into the top five and knock the Lions back to No. 6.

Milan, who lost by a point to Westview, fell back a spot behind Trenton Peabody.

Four of the 12 teams will take their bye week this week. Twelve of the 32 teams in the Sun’s coverage area will not play this week as teams take their week off at the halfway point of the season.

Speaking of the halfway point through the season, be sure to check Wednesday’s edition of Sun sports for the midseason checkup where we’ll highlight some of the memorable performances, games and storylines so far this season.
