USA TODAY High School Sports is proud to announce the American Family Insurance ALL-USA Alabama Baseball Team. Players were selected based on their athletic achievements from the 2014-15 season.

COACH OF THE YEAR

Mike Ferry, Smiths Station

Ferry guided the Panthers to the AHSAA Class 7A state championship and a 26-16-1 season record.  It was the Panthers’ first state title in school history.

Hunter Stovall, OF, Pelham, 5-9/160, Sr.
The 5-foot-9, 160-pound senior catcher batted .441 with 10 home runs, 45 runs scored and 51 RBI, leading the Panthers (33-12) to the Class 6A state championship series. A Perfect Game USA Preseason Honorable Mention All-American, Stovall stole 24 bases and worked 18 walks while recording a .509 on-base percentage and a .825 slugging percentage.
