A pass from Colton Lowery to Airan Reed was attempted to be intercepted by Milan's Bradley Brown. The receiver and defensive back wrestled with the ball as referees blew the play dead to end the game with a Milan victory.

"Hopefully this win puts the train back on the tracks in the right direction," said Milan head coach Jeff Morris. "It was a good win, and South Gibson did a good job to recover the onside kick and come close to tying it."
