Marion County, Notre Dame Advance To State Semifinals

And then there were two.  Marion County and Notre Dame are the last two area football teams still alive in the postseason.

Baylor and Copper Basin finished their season Friday with loses.

Marion County beat Trousdale County 41-20 in a Class 3A quarterfinal and will host Knox Grace on Friday.

Notre Dame beat McMinn Central 48-7 in their Class 3A quarterfinal and will play host to Alcoa on Friday.
