QB Jimmy Ferrell, Pearl-Cohn
Pearl-Cohn absolutely dominated offensively in last week’s quarterfinal win over White House, scoring a season-high 79 points in the lopsided victory. Ferrell was lights out for the Firebirds, too, finishing a perfect 15-of-15 through the air for 391 yards and five touchdowns. The 6-1, 198-pound junior, who tossed touchdown passes of 7, 41, 21, 58 and 72 yards, has thrown for 743 yards and nine scores in the postseason.
WR Rontavius Groves, Pearl-Cohn
Ferrell may have been the driving force behind the Firebirds’ 79-36 victory over White House, but Groves was, without a doubt, his top target against the Blue Devils. Groves, a three-star prospect according to 247sports, hauled in seven receptions for 291 yards, and the 5-11, 175-pound junior was on the receiving end on four of Ferrell’s five touchdown passes.

QB Zack Weatherly, Christ Presbyterian Academy
Led by Weatherly’s 167 total yards and three touchdowns, the unbeaten Lions rolled to a 40-0 victory over visiting Lipscomb, reaching the Class 3A semifinals for the fourth straight season. Weatherly completed 9-of-12 passes for 115 yards, including an 18-yard third-quarter touchdown pass, and the 6-2, 175-pound junior also ran eight times for 52 yards and a pair of scores.

QB Cole Euverard, Montgomery Bell Academy
After tossing a first quarter pick-six, which increased MBA’s deficit to 14-0, Euverard and the Big Red battled back, reeling off 31 unanswered points en route to a 31-29 semifinal win over visiting Baylor. Euverard completed 10-of-16 passes for 131 yards and a 3-yard touchdown to Parker Bryan. The senior signal-caller also ran 17 times for 151 yards and a fourth-quarter score.
RB Vincent Perry, Hillsboro
Perry has been the main offensive weapon this postseason for the unbeaten Burros, and last week’s 42-9 win over Shelbyville was no different. Perry ran nine times for 83 yards and a pair of first-half touchdowns, and the 5-11, 170-pound Tennessee commit also caught two passes for 68 yards, including a 53-yard score in the third quarter.
