TNFCA 2015 Titans High School Recruiting Fair

The Tennessee Football Coaches Association, partnering with the Tennessee Titans, is excited to announce its first high school football recruiting fair.

The recruiting fair will be the first of its kind in the Volunteer state and will take place on Tuesday, April 28 at the LP Field West Club from 8:30 to 12:30.

Registration will begin at the door at 8:00 am.

“Although there are many avenues today for communication in regard to prospective student-athlete recruiting, as a group, the TNFCA felt obligated to provided all of our young men in Tennessee an outstanding opportunity for exposure,” TNFCA President Thomas McDaniel said.

Colleges of all playing levels will be attending to talk to high school coaches about their perspective student athletes and to exchange school transcripts and contact information.

High school coaches who are current members of the TNFCA can attend the fair free of charge, while non-members can attend the event for a small fee of only $15.

The $15 fee not only covers admittance into the recruiting fair, it also covers the attending coaches membership in the TNFCA for the 2015-16 season. A nominal fee to not only become a part of our valuable organization, but also allows for the opportunity to support and promote their student athletes.

All high school coaches that are attending are encouraged to bring their student athlete Hudl highlight films to show the college coaches, along with copies of the student athlete transcripts.

“Unlike anything else around our state, this recruiting fair will be an ideal time for high school and college coaches to exchange vital information in the recruiting process, and it will provide a centralized location for everyone,” McDaniel said.

“Our goal is to attract college coaches from all divisions of play and all areas geographically. With the help of the Titans and all of our area coaches, this will become a great success for Tennessee high school football for years to come.”
