Justin Glover improved to 6-0 and Tyler Payne upped his pitching record to 3-1 as McCallie swept a D-II Middle/East Region double hitter from visiting MBA, 3-1 and 7-1, Friday.
Glover pitched a 1-hitter in the opener striking out four in 4.2 innings of work while Payne (two stolen bases) and Max Reimer were each 2-3.
MBA's Carter Lovvorn broke up Glover's no-hitter with an RBI single in the fifth..
In the nightcap, Payne struck out two and allowed one earned run in five innings of work for the win and was 2-3 at the plate and had four stolen bases.
