Next Tuesday the Tennessee Titans and the Tennessee Football Coaches Association will come together to host their inaugural high school football recruiting fair at LP Field.

The recruiting fair is designed to provide exposure for high school student-athletes in the area and increase their chances to play football at the collegiate level.

The inaugural high school football recruiting fair is one of many events under the Tennessee Titans Youth Football initiative, which is committed to addressing the needs of youth and high school football organizations across Tennessee, northern Kentucky and southern Alabama

More than 60 high schools from across the state are scheduled to attend, drawing representatives from more than 30 college and universities across 11 states.

High school coaches in attendance will have the opportunity to speak with colleges and universities one-on-one, show film and discuss bios, transcripts and test scores for all prospective recruits. Coaches must be a member of the Tennessee Football Coaches Association to attend.

All coaches who plan to participate are encouraged to bring laptops to show film, copies of athlete bios, transcripts and test scores for all prospective athletes.

The fair will take place at LP Field’s West Club starting at 8 a.m. Tuesday.
