Volunteer Chevrolet 7th Annual Smoky Mountain Kick-Off Jamboree Schedule

The Sevier County School System is pleased to announce that the Volunteer Chevrolet 7th Annual Smoky Mountain Kick-Off Jamboree will be held at Sevier County High School on Friday, August 14, 2015. The official kick-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. Participating teams will include the Sevier County High School Smoky Bears, the Seymour High School Eagles, the Pigeon Forge High School Tigers, the Gatlinburg-Pittman High School Highlanders, and the Northview Academy Cougars. A schedule of events is noted below:

The Volunteer Chevrolet 7th Annual Smoky Mountain Kick-Off Jamboree will give area high school football fans an opportunity to watch the county’s football teams in action as they prepare for the 2015 campaign. Cheerleaders will be present to cheer on their respective teams and to sell souvenir programs featuring all teams. Prior to kick-off, the high school bands will jointly perform the “The Star Spangled Banner.”

Admission to the Jamboree will be $6.00 per adult and $5.00 for students with no admission charge for preschoolers. Advanced tickets will be available at all five high schools. All proceeds will help to offset the cost of catastrophic insurance coverage for athletic programs in the Sevier County School System.
