The 2016 American Family Insurance ALL-USA Preseason Girls Soccer Team was selected based on past performance, level of competition and strength of schedule. Only players from states that compete in the fall season and play for their high school teams were considered.
New Jersey leads the team with four selections, including 2015-16 ALL-USA Player of the Year Frankie Tagliaferri of Colts Neck. Pennsylvania is next with three picks, while New York and Tennessee both have two members. Connecticut, Idaho, Indiana, Maryland, Nevada, New Hampshire, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah and Washington each claim one selection.
