What your team has to do to make TSSAA football playoffs

This marks the final week of the high school football regular season for all TSSAA postseason-eligible schools.

The top four teams in Division I Class 1A-5A regions as well as the top four teams in each district in Division II-A qualify for the postseason.

All 32 teams in Class 6A as well as all 11 teams in Division II-AA qualify for the postseason.

Here are the postseason scenarios for all regions involving Midstate programs.

Region 4-1A

Columbia Academy is first.

Fayetteville is second.

Summertown is third.

If Cornersville wins, then Cornersville is fourth.

If Cornersville loses and Huntland loses, then Cornersville is fourth.

If Huntland wins and Cornersville loses, then Huntland is fourth.

Region 5-1A

If Nashville Christian wins, then Nashville Christian is first, Gordonsville is second and Trousdale County is third.

If Trousdale Co. wins, then Trousdale Co. is first, Nashville Christian is second and Gordonsville is third.

MTCS is fourth.

Region 6-1A

Wayne Co. is first.

If Huntingdon wins, then Huntingdon is second and Hollow Rock-Bruceton is third.

If Hollow Rock-Bruceton wins, then Hollow Rock-Bruceton is second and Huntingdon is third.

Collinwood is fourth.

Region 4-2A

Forrest is first.

If Jackson Co. loses, then Watertown is second, Jackson Co. is third and Westmoreland is fourth.

If Watertown loses and Jackson Co. wins, then Jackson Co. is second, Westmoreland is third and Watertown is fourth.

Region 5-2A

If Waverly wins, then Waverly is first.

If Riverside wins, then Riverside is first and Waverly is second.

If Waverly, Scotts Hill and Lewis Co. win, then Lewis Co. is second, Riverside is third and Scotts Hill is fourth.

If Waverly wins, Scotts Hill loses and Lewis Co. wins, then Lewis Co. is second, Riverside is third and Scotts Hill is fourth.

If Waverly wins and Lewis Co. loses then Riverside is second, Scotts Hill is third and Hickman Co. is fourth.

If Riverside, Scotts Hill and Lewis Co. win then Scotts Hill is third and Lewis Co. is fourth.

If Riverside wins, Scotts Hill loses and Lewis Co. wins then Lewis Co. is third, Scotts Hill is fourth.

If Riverside wins and Lewis Co. loses then Scotts Hill is third and Hickman Co. is fourth.

Region 4-3A

Sequatchie Co. is first.

DeKalb Co. is second.

If Upperman wins, then Upperman is third and York is fourth.

If Upperman loses and Smith Co. wins, then Smith Co. is third and Upperman is fourth.

If Upperman loses and Smith Co. loses, then Upperman is third and York is fourth.

Region 5-3A

Stratford is first.

Goodpasture is second.

CPA is third.

East Nashville is fourth

If Fairview wins, then Fairview is first.

If Harpeth wins, then Harpeth is first and Fairview is second.

If Fairview, Cheatham Co. and Camden win, then Camden is second, Harpeth is third and Cheatham Co. is fourth.

If Fairview wins, Cheatham Co. loses and Camden wins, then Camden is second, Harpeth is third and Cheatham Co. is fourth.

If Fairview wins and Camden loses, then Harpeth is second, Cheatham Co. is third and Camden is fourth.

If Harpeth, Cheatham Co. and Camden win, then Cheatham Co. is third and Camden is fourth.

Region 6-4A

If Kenwood wins, it is third.

If Lipscomb Academy wins, Northwest wins and Hillwood wins, then Hillwood is third and Kenwood is fourth.

If Lipscomb Academy wins, Northwest wins and Hillwood loses then Kenwood is third and Montgomery Central is fourth.

If Lipscomb Academy wins, Northwest loses and Hillwood wins, then Creek Wood is third and Hillwood is fourth.

If Lipscomb Academy wins, Northwest loses and Hillwood loses wins then Kenwood is third and Montgomery Central is fourth.

If Kenwood wins, Northwest wins and Hillwood wins then Hillwood is fourth.

If Kenwood wins, Northwest wins and Hillwood loses then Montgomery Central is fourth.

Independence is first.

If Shelbyville, Stewarts Creek and Summit win, then Shelbyville is second, Stewarts Creek is third and Summit is fourth.

If Shelbyville wins and Summit loses, then Shelbyville is second, Stewarts Creek is third and Summit is fourth.

If Shelbyville loses and Stewarts Creek wins, then Stewarts Creek is second, Summit is third and Shelbyville is fourth.

If Beech loses, then Hillsboro is second, Beech is third and Gallatin is fourth.

If Cane Ridge loses, Beech wins and Hendersonville wins, then Beech is second, Gallatin is third and Hendersonville is fourth

If Centennial wins, then Centennial is first.

If Henry Co. wins, then Henry Co. is first and Centennial is second.

If Centennial, Rossview and Brentwood win, then Brentwood is second, Henry Co. is third and Rossview is fourth.

If Centennial wins, Rossview wins and Brentwood loses, then Henry Co. is second, Rossview is third and Brentwood is fourth.

If Centennial wins, Rossview loses and Brentwood wins, then Brentwood is second, Henry Co. is third and Northeast is fourth.

If Centennial wins, Rossview loses and Brentwood loses, then Henry Co. is second, Northeast is third and Rossview is fourth.

If Henry Co. and Rossview win, then Rossview is third and Brentwood is fourth.

If Siegel wins or Cookeville loses, then Siegel is fifth and Cookeville is sixth.

If Siegel loses and Cookeville wins, then Cookeville is fifth and Siegel is sixth.

Warren Co. is seventh.

Coffee Co. is eighth.

Region 3-6A

If Mt. Juliet wins, then Mt. Juliet is first and Franklin is second.

If Mt. Juliet loses and Franklin wins, then Franklin is first and Mt. Juliet is second.

If Wilson Central wins, then Wilson Central is third and Overton is fourth.

If Overton wins, then Overton is third and Wilson Central is fourth.

If Ravenwood wins, Ravenwood is fifth and Antioch is sixth.

If Ravenwood loses, then Antioch is fifth and Ravenwood is sixth.

McGavock is seventh.

Lebanon is eighth.

Division II-A

District 1

Knoxville Webb is first.

DCA is second.

Friendship Christian is third

King’s Academy is fourth

District 2

If BGA wins, BGA is first, Davidson Academy is second, FRA is third and Ezell-Harding is fourth.

If BGA loses and Davidson Academy wins, then Davidson Academy is first, FRA is second, BGA is third and Ezell-Harding is fourth.

If BGA loses and Davidson Academy loses, then FRA is first, BGA is second, Ezell-Harding is third and Davidson Academy is fourth.

Division II-AA East/Middle

MBA is first.

If Brentwood Academy wins, then Brentwood Academy is second, Ensworth is third and McCallie is fourth.

If Brentwood Academy loses and MBA wins, then McCallie is second, Brentwood Academy is third and Ensworth is fourth.

If Brentwood Academy and MBA lose, then Ensworth is second, Brentwood Academy is third and McCallie is fourth.

Pope John Paul II is fifth.

If Father Ryan wins, then Father Ryan is sixth and Baylor is seventh.
