Prep Tennis AAA: Soddy Daisy Girls Edge Siegel, 4-2; Advance to State

The Soddy Daisy girls tennis team won its third straight title Thursday at Champions Club edging visiting Siegel, 4-2, to earn a spot in next week’s state tournament in Murfreesboro.

The victorious Trojans led 3-2 after singles with wins from Olivia Crawley, Shelby Noe and Bailey Coyner.

Crawley-Coyner then clinched the team win with an 8-2 pro set at No.1 doubles.

AAA Boys: Siegel defeated Cleveland, 4-2, to hand the Blue Raiders (13-1) their first loss of the season.
