Here are the top performers from Wednesday's action at Spring Fling:

Trenton Peabody's Hunter Hudson looks to make a play against Adamsville in a Class A sectional.

1. Hunter Hudson (Trenton Peabody, Senior) – Hudson went 4-for-7 with six RBI and five runs scored, including a three-run home run, as the Golden Tide beat North Greene 16-1 and Summertown 5-4 in the Class A state tournament.

2. Sophie Dunavant (Jackson Christian, Junior) – Dunavant went 3-for-3 with three runs scored and five RBI, including two two-run home runs, as the Lady Eagles beat Whitwell 10-9 in the Class A state tournament.

3. Shayla Phillips (Scotts Hill softball, Sophomore) – Phillips went 3-for-3 with three runs scored and four RBI, including two home runs, as the Lady Lions beat Unaka 10-0 in the Class A state tournament.

4. Raleigh Odle (Lexington, Junior) – Odle went 3-for-7 with two runs and three RBI as the Tigers beat Signal Mountain 11-0 and Spring Hill 6-3. He also picked up the win against Spring Hill allowing three runs on six hits, while striking out seven in 5.2 innings.

5. Cade Sammons (USJ baseball, Sophomore) – Sammons went 4-for-6 with two RBI and one run scored as the Bruins reached the Division II-A state championship game with a 13-1 win over Harding Academy after a 3-2 loss to ECS.

6. Dani Mask (McNairy Central, Senior) – Mask went 3-for-4 with three RBI and two runs, including two doubles, as the Lady Bobcats beat Greenbrier 6-3 in the Class AA state tournament.

7. Ben Clifft (Huntingdon baseball, Senior) – Clifft went 2-for-6 with six RBI and two runs scored, including a two-run home run and a grand slam, but the Mustangs lost to Gordonsville and Loretto to be eliminated from the Class A state baseball tournament.
