KINGSPORT, Tenn. – The ‘if necessary’ game is now necessary at the District 1-AA Baseball Tournament.
Elizabethton forced the extra game after first defeating Sullivan East, 7-1, in the losers’ bracket final and then topping Sullivan South for the third time in four tries this season, 6-1, in the nightcap Thursday at J. Fred Johnson Stadium.
