10 Knoxville-area high school football wide receivers to track in 2017

 With the high school football season kicking off, here is a list of 10 receivers from the Knoxville area to watch during the 2017 season.

South Doyle's Ton'Quez Ball

Ton'Quez Ball, South-Doyle, Jr. Ball (5-foot-11, 185 pounds) caught 65 passes for 950 yards and nine touchdowns as a sophomore.

Dashon Bussell, Catholic, Sr. Bussell, a 6-3, 180-pound transfer from Bishop Luers in Fort Wayne, Ind., already has several college offers. He gives the Irish another dynamic receiver.

Braden Collins, Farragut, Sr. Collins (6-1, 195) has numerous Division I offers. He caught 68 passes for more than 1,242 yards and 16 touchdowns as a junior.

Seth Crawford, Greeneville, Sr. Crawford (6-3, 175) caught 33 passes for 858 yards with 17 touchdowns in 2016.

Stewart Howell, CAK, Jr. Howell (6-1, 190) caught 67 passes for 975 yards with 12 touchdowns as a sophomore.

Michael Lowe, Coalfield, Sr. Lowe (6-2, 198) had 29 catches for 593 yards with 11 touchdowns a year ago.

Alcoa's Tykee Ogle-Kellogg

Tykee Ogle-Kellogg, Alcoa, Sr.: The 6-5, 195-pound Class 3A Mr. Football caught 40 passes for 808 yards with 12 touchdowns as a junior.

Blake Watson, Maryville, Sr. Watson, a 6-3, 220-pound tight end, had 23 catches for 410 yards and four scores a year ago.

Jacob Ward, Morristown East, Jr. Ward (5-9, 160) had 48 catches for 650 yards and five scores in 2016.

Jacob Warren, Farragut, Sr. Warren, a 6-6, 218-pound tight end, has committed to Tennessee. He caught 29 passes for 479 yards and nine touchdowns as a junior.
