Cheatham County girls soccer preview: 10 players to watch

With the girls soccer season already in full swing, Cheatham County has several returnees of interest.

Here are 10 Cheatham County players to watch this season.

Taylor Winslett, Cheatham County, Sr.: Entering the season the Martin Methodist commitment held the record for most goals scored in Cheatham County girls soccer history with 83.

Sarah Bibini, Harpeth, Sr.: The Indians captain returns to the midfield for her final season at Harpeth. Bibini looks to improve upon her junior season in which she scored three goals and added seven assists.

Reagan Sutton, Sycamore, So.: The midfielder is coming off her freshman campaign in which she tallied 11 goals and five assists.

Macy Douglas, Cheatham County, Jr.: Although Douglas has two seasons of high school soccer left to play, the junior has already verbally committed to Lipscomb. Douglas began playing varsity soccer last year when she tallied 22 goals and 13 assists for the Cubs.

Emelia Hurt, Harpeth, So.: The goalie is looking to improve upon a freshman season in which she averaged 15 saves per game.

Ashley Fisher, Sycamore, So.: Younger sister of Emily, the Lady War Eagles leading scorer from last season, Ashley will look to live up to the family name on the pitch. Emily Fisher tore her ACL and will not compete this season.

Rachel Allen, Cheatham County, Sr.: The most versatile athlete, Allen plays all over the field for the Cubs. The center midfielder and defender looks to build upon her success last season when she went a perfect 6-6 on penalty kicks.

Alex Barnhill, Sycamore, Fr.: The forward is entering high school as a promising young talent .

Teya Tagapauli, Cheatham County, Fr.: One of the newest additions to the roster, Tagapauli will play where needed for the Cubs.

Jordan Survance, Sycamore, Sr.: A key piece for coach Shelia Anliot as the defender is a returning starter and one of few seniors on the team.
