Lady ‘Toppers Rally Past Crockett

Down two sets to David Crockett in Thursday’s Big 6 Conference volleyball affair, Science Hill dominated the final three frames to claim an 18-25, 20-25, 25-15, 25-17, 15-6 victory over the Lady Pioneers.
Orchestrating the comeback was senior setter Chloe Foster who handed out 28 assists, made a dozen digs and delivered three service aces.
Abby Stout produced 13 kills. Caitlin Crockett nine and Claire Thomas seven for the Lady ‘Toppers. Stout also had three aces and Crockett three blocks.
The Science Hill service game was especially strong had Jesse Franks notched five aces and Meghan Carroll three aces to go with six digs.
Riley Layton came up with 12 digs, Makenzie Clark ten and Marissa Perry five. Ella Gay had four denials at the net.
David Crockett got 26 assists and 12 digs from Sydney Fox and 21 digs and four aces from Madi Pleasant. Brianna O’Shields hammered down eight kills.
