Collierville and Houston will meet for the AAA girls soccer title on Saturday.

Saturday's AAA girls soccer state title game will be an all-Shelby County affair, thanks to some late-game heroics from Collierville.

Freshman Syndey Davis tied the game with three minutes left in regulation before Holly Stalls netted the winner in overtime as the Dragons defeated Franklin, 2-1, Thursday at the Siegel Soccer Complex in Murfreesboro.

Collierville (18-4-1) will face neighborhood rival Houston for the championship at 1:30 p.m. The Mustangs, 23-0 and ranked No. 1 in the nation according to USA Today, defeated Brentwood 2-0.

University of Memphis commit Jenna Kemp scored once in each half for Houston, which will be attempting to win its first title fourth title this decade. For the Dragons, it's their first trip to the title game since losing to Brentwood 10 years ago.

Two of Collierville's losses have come against Houston; the Mustangs won the regular-meeting 2-0 on Sept. 6 and won the Region 8 championship game 2-1 on Oct. 19.
