Boone Boys, D-B Girls Tops Again at Region 1 Cross Country Championships

GRAY, Tenn. – The Daniel Boone boys and Dobyns-Bennett girls ruled the roost for a second straight year at the Region 1 Cross Country Championships Thursday afternoon at Daniel Boone High School.
With five scoring runners among the top 12 finishers and seven runners overall in the top 17, Boone compiled 34 team points, comfortably ahead of runner-up Science Hill who logged 73 points.
