From Season-High to Season-Low, Defense Sparks Tribe to Share of Big 7 Title

KINGSPORT, Tenn. – Dobyns-Bennett surrendered a season-high 67 points two weeks ago in a victory at Volunteer, but in the Senior Night rematch Friday at the Buck Van Huss Dome, the Tribe coughed up a season-low in a 77-26 whipping of the Falcons.
The win also secured a share of the Big 7 Conference title with Science Hill, the 41st conference title in Dobyns-Bennett basketball history and the decision marked the 40th time an Indian team has won 25 ore more games in a season and the first since the 2008-09 season.
