Clarksville Academy's Shawn Scott named male athlete of week for April 16-29 in Clarksville

the voting was nearly equally spread out between the five canidadates, but in the end it was Clarksville Academy's Shawn Scott who was named the male athlete of the week for April 16-21 in Clarksville.

Scott garnered 32.9 percent of the vote (391) to capture the award. Clarksville High's Garrett Spain and Rossview's Elijah Pleasants were a close second and third, respectively. Spain received 265 votes (22.3 percent) and Pleasants got 235 votes (19.7 percent).

Clarksville Academy soccer star Bradley Burger received 168 votes while Rossview's soccer standout Alessandro Papa received 129 votes.
