The Dobyns-Bennett boys basketball team is moving on. McKinley Tincher scored 20 points to lead Dobyns-Bennett to a 65-49 win over South Doyle in Tuesday's Region 1-AAA boys basketball semifinal at the Buck Van Huss Dome.
With the win, the Tribe (24-4) earned a spot in Thursday's regional championship game and will host Jefferson County in a battle of the top seeds. The Indians also secured a berth in Monday's state sectional round.
