After reaching the regional semifinals for the first time since 2021, the Cosby Lady Eagles saw their season end Monday night in a 49-19 loss to Cloudland.
The Lady Highlanders led 2-0 near the end of the first quarter, then parlayed that to a 17-3 at halftime before extending their lead on an 8-0 run in the third quarter.
