Dobyns-Bennett remains unbeaten, walks-off Unicoi County in one-run game

KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WCYB) — Friday was a bare day on the diamond for local teams - but with a turf field locked and loaded in Kingsport, (3-0) Dobyns-Bennett baseball hosted (4-1) Unicoi County.

Although the Devils out-hit Dobyns-Bennett, the Indians came out on top in a 3-1 win over the Blue Devils - thanks to a walk off by Tegan Begley to hand Unicoi their second loss.

The Tribe takes their early season perfect record into conference play in a meeting with West Ridge on Monday.
