Berry is the No. 13 recruit in the class of 2024, according to ESPN's HoopGurlz. She held offers from more than 30 schools, including TennesseeSouth CarolinaUConn, Vanderbilt, Louisville and Kentucky. Last fall she narrowed her choices to Tennessee and Clemson before deciding on the Tigers initially.

Berry led Clarksville (31-1) to the Class 4A state quarterfinals and was named the Tennessee girls basketball Gatorade player of the year. She averaged 23.8 points, 6.1 points, 4.1 steals and 2.8 assists this season. She was the second recruit from Tennessee to decommit from Clemson. York Institute junior Reese Beaty also re-opened her recruitment after Butler was let go.

Berry ended her high school career as one of Montgomery County's all time scoring leaders and the record holder for most points in school history with 2,510.

She played on the West team with former Ensworth star and three-time Miss Basketball winner, Jaloni Cambridge. Cambridge with Ohio State last month. Cambridge, who is playing her final high school season at Montverde Academy (Florida) this season, is the No. 3 ranked prospect in the 2024 class and the nation's No. 1 point guard.
