WSN basketball teams swept at home against Pleasant Home Thursday

Pleasant Home’s Troy Fantroy scored 34 points and grabbed nine rebounds in his team’s 56-38 win over W.S. Neal Thursday night.
Fantroy added two blocks; Chase Gunter had six points, six rebounds and seven assists; Alex Myrick had four points, three rebounds, four blocks and one assist in the win.
No W.S. Neal scorers were known as of press time.
In girls action, PHS won 39-21.
Pleasant Home led W.S. Neal 11-7 after one quarter and 18-13 at the half. In the third quarter, W.S. Neal was outscore 11-4. Pleasant Home outscored W.S. Neal 10-4 in the fourth quarter.
Khadijah Barton led with nine points in the loss. Mariah Davis had six points, KeKe Floyd had four points and Daisha Flowers had two points. Alyssa English led with four rebounds while Davis led with four steals.
The B-team also won, albeit a close one, at 30-28.
No W.S. Neal B-team scorers were known as of press time.
The losses for W.S. Neal dropped the B-team to 0-6, the Lady Eagles to 0-5 and the varsity Eagles to 2-4.
