  1. Peabody could go 1-9 this season and the one win that they would be dang sure to get will be against GC. I doubt there will be any overlooking this year & to be quite honest, it was probably the worst thing that could happen to GC & the best to happen to Peabody. Gibson County slacked & fell off after their “super bowl” win against Peabody & the Tide only got stronger & lead their way to a 2nd gold ball in 4 years... just sayin

  2. 8-2 is not an unreasonable prediction. I wouldn’t be surprised in the least if we knocked off either Brentwood or Germantown. We took G-town to overtime at their place 2 years ago and it’s only been a few years since we beat Brentwood at Patriot Stadium. But 7-3 still seems about right to me. I called 9-1 last year and ended up being correct. We’ll see how I stack up this year.

  3. Sounds like business as normal for HC. You all may not be the only school in Region 7 to start a freshman at QB. Clarksville is looking to return a lot with a critical void at QB. But we have a freshman that looks to be much like yours. I anticipate he will get the start and have 4 good years competing with Damron.

  4. Beech is loaded. Any victory over them will say a lot about your program.

  5. Hope both teams came away healthy.I always told my kids and their friends here in Kingsport that the hardest they will get hit is by a Devil. The first time their friends just laughed because Greeneville was so small. Even back in my day at Greeneville when we couldn't win a scrimmage against ourselves, the hardest we got hit was by other Devils.

  6. Coach doesnt want a stud ball player on his team that is a Sr???!!!Doesnt even want him in his weight room. There has to be ALOT more to the story than whats being posted. If they didnt want it known the they shouldnt have opened the can.....SO my question is what did the kid do?because it wasnt just a coaches decision to kick a stud ball player off a legit state title contender because he just wanted to.

  7. @HingleMccringleberry I have went through the Class A baseball teams that have been or are still in the postseason. I have came up with 10 teams that I've decided on having the toughest schedules for 2019. I have not yet placed them in order of the hardest down to the least hardest. I will list them here & post back later with them in order starting with the team I think has had the toughest schedule: 1. Eagleville 2. Gordonsville 3. Grace Christian- Franklin 4. Summertown 5. Columbia Academy 6. Loretto 7. East Robertson 8. Trinity Christian 9. Lake County 10. Greenback
