Hey guys, new to the forum. Heard about this place and post from a friend. Can’t wait for the season. Have been a huge fan of the Patriots for a long time. This is going to be a special season. GBR!2 points

Yes, it should be and I hope a Middle Tennessee TV station selects it for their Game of the Week and also streams it live on the Internet. RWR!2 points

You are barking up the wrong tree Crow. 1. Kev-O never took a shot at Anderson Co's High School Kids and how you think that i have no clue. "AC at #1 now thats funny haha" says nothing about the kid's at AC. You also must not know the trash talk that has went on between AC and Greeneville the last 2 years and especially last year with a nice big sign that said "We don't play Daddy Ball around here" referring to Caine and Cade or the Fax that was sent saying "Enjoy Thanksgiving at Home- Love AC" the week the 2 teams met in the quarterfinals just for Greeneville to put a running Clock on AC in the first half on their home field. AC barked up the wrong tree and the Devil's put a thrashing on them1 point

When Hester was getting kids from Metro Nashville and Rutherford County to enroll at Nolensville while pretending they were legitimate WilCo students, everyone ignored it. Now a few players openly and transparently decide to go to Ravenwood and everyone has a problem. It wasn't even that long ago (2011-12) when Ravenwood-zoned athletes were abusing Williamson County "open zone" rules to transfer to rival schools only to have success AGAINST the motherland. Even today, Ravenwood doesn't have the advantage of being in a county (South of Knoxville, *cough cough*) where anyone can attend schools out of zone, albeit for a fee. And unlike a certain school in Murfreesboro, Ravenwood doesn't have a former principal hand-drawing the county's school zone boundaries in a gerrymandering-like scheme to ensure the neighborhoods with the best athletes end up at the right school. But at the end of the day, it won't matter, because the Raptors will be getting better each day, and taking care of business when the lights go on each Friday night. Ravenwood still ought to be getting to work, because I heard the trophy case needs a little more room for another Gold Ball.1 point

Oh when his daddy was coaching you guys could beat RUCO teams huh?? The only think weak is MJ's schedule since CTP took over after he realized to have a winning season he had to water down his schedule. Facts over feelings.1 point

Was around the practice field the other day and he seems really upbeat and excited about the boys in blue. I've heard him and Dad are really excited about this team. It's uplifting to see how happy they are and the kids are1 point

Hearing alot of good things out of camp so far. Improving alot but still need to see what they can do in pads. They have the athletes but can the Oline step up? I'm excited and can't wait to hear how they look with pads on. I was told some Freshmen will be pushing for playing time. Not because the upper class is bad but because a few of these young Chargers look that good. Cant wait to get another update! Go Big blue1 point

It will be interesting to see #3 this year. He was nothing short of spectacular last season and that's with the accident.1 point

Mj fans got the Fire pigeons on their toes. I would fired every coach on the defensive side of the ball. Seriously Brunetti has allowed two defensive coordinators rob him of at least 3 gold balls. All that talent gone to waste shame shame shame.1 point

Nah I'll keep.backing up my PC brothers because we know what it takes to get past the quarterfinals unlike MJ. Our teams don't shy away from competition in the pre-season or regular season.1 point

Depending on how the defense looks & if the o-line can keep him healthy, Peabody should be at two to three TDs better than every team they play regular season outside of Milan. Much respect for Milan.1 point

I wouldn't say the Talent level isn't the same about NE Tennessee teams the main difference is Culture and Coaching. There have been same dang good athletes come out of NE TN and play for a while in the NFL. (jason Witten, Aubrayo Franklin, the Sensabaughs, Daniel Kilgore, Jake Grove, etc.). If Greeneville (Which is farm country and a small place) can compete then there is no reason that other schools in NE TN can't but once again it goes back to culture and coaching which is lacking with almost ever school outside of Greeneville and I would say Elizabethton.1 point

Just like you never named for me the Greenback transfer even though I asked. Said you needed to “find the article”.1 point

Are you serious... don’t know George Kidd? Of course. All Milan people know him. I played ball with his younger brother Victor. And the SP transfers have been mentioned many times on these boards. You youngun’s have a hard time keeping up. LOBPMAO!!!!1 point

I agree with most of what you’ve put so far, but this I disagree. Crockett is going to have an outstanding offense this year, their QB is the real deal. Also many fast athletes at WR and RB, big OL. Now they lost some key players on their Defense including the MLB who was a stud. I do believe DC will be a force to be reckoned with if they stay healthy. Go Bobcats1 point

I think Creasy is a great x's and o's guy, among the best in the state. I'm not taking anything away from Creasy what so ever. However, if you are teaching technique, blocking and tackling, you can't compare him to Coach Clint. He was a perfectionist when it came to the smallest details. There is a lot that has to happen before you get to Friday night and calling the plays.1 point

He is listed as a teacher on Red Bank's School Website and was also a teacher at Cleveland and Walker Valley in his previous coaching jobs.1 point

David Crockett is way too overrated. Bring them down against some Knoxville teams and they start to struggle real fast. And I'm surprised an Oak Ridge team who lost so many players is ranked in the top 5. No doubt will still be good but I don't know about top 5.0 points
