  1. Both parties need to get back to roots. Too much social media and finger pointing on both sides. I did vote for Trump and will again. I just wished they’d do away with his twitter account.

  3. You mean the 2 blips? Both "Blips" took a team to the finals going 1 - 1. Those aren't bad blips.

  4. The majority of Americans didn't take Trump the last time. Unless you really believe his fairy tale about voter fraud that gave H.C. the most popular votes. But I do acknowledge and support the electoral vote process. For this is NOT the United States of California but The United States of America.

  5. I agree. I agree, he wasn't worried about all this till the demographics of the country began to worry. I'm sure he will tax the working class to get this relief money back. I wonder how much money Trumps made off of these Corporate tax cuts. We will never know since he's hiding his tax info.

  7. Sounds like a bunch of real gems. Listen, Trump did press Ukraine to investigate Biden and other corruption that Dems were involved in and even provided the transcripts of the call, but money was never held nor threatened to be held up...The reason for the impeachment was to keep more info from coming out of ALL the others involved in illegal dealings....But there is audio of Biden threatening to withhold monies from Ukraine if they didn't fire the prosecutor that just happened to be looking into his son's business dealings there. Let's see, which one is abuse of power?

  8. Some businesses are being forced to shut down while others are curtailing their hours or have restricted hours and regulations put upon them because of this virus. As much as this pains me to say it, athletics should be the least of our worries at this point.

  9. I realize the CoachT forum is heavily Trump territory. But I'm not afraid to speak my mind on the matter. It's not easy going against the stream. But I'm not alone.

  11. We need to understand that sports is not that important when we are talking about the destruction of our country. Many won't be able to afford to go after the loss of jobs. A gold ball isn't everything!

  12. I’m praying that God rebukes this virus and have faith he will. Nothing to do with basketball at all. Just to get rid of it so businesses can get back to normal. Country will go broke quick with every thing shut down. Have more faith in the good Lord and the Bible than man made charts and scientists This has nothing to do with basketball at all. It is about staying healthy and making a living. You guys may be right about the basketball.

  13. This isn't over yet... next step will be curfews by city governments... then private businesses that haven't been economically crushed will be forced into shut downs... at some point during the process the socialists will have the plan to save the day by giving "stimulus" money to those they have adversely affected... BINGO! You are now under government control and on their payroll... socialism without winning an election.

  14. I have long been an advocate of cutting down the "state" tournament size. I would do this whether the tournament was three classes or four classes. I would much prefer only four teams qualifying for "state"and play the games on Thursday, Friday and Saturday only for a 4 class tournament and Thursday and Friday for a 3 class tournament. I am also an advocate of completely overhauling the entire tournament process. I find it ridiculous to have four teams advancing out of district play. This is especially true in the smaller districts. In my opinion, losing two games in district play and still advancing to the next level is wrong. Excellent play should be rewarded, not mediocrity. And yes, I am aware of the year that teams have finished third and fourth in the district ended up playing for the state championship. But you have to look at it and ask the question, how many times has that happened? It is certainly the rarest of occasions for a team that finished third or fourth in a district to be playing in a state championship game. I will also eliminate the home court substate games and go with super sectionals in larger arenas in four different parts of the state. That would certainly make for big time tournament atmospheres two weekends in a row as I would have those super sectional games played on Friday and Saturdays only the weekend before state. My idea would definitely involve some creativity and the entire culture would have to change. However this is one change and I think that will be for the better and vastly improved the overall product. I think in the long run, our friends at the T$$AA would also end up making more money and the crowds would be bigger.

  15. Since this has taken on a biblical theme I wanna take the chance to mention a podcast called Unashamed with Phil Robertson. Y’all know the duck dynasty guys. It’s part shooting the breeze and part bible study. It’s growing like crazy, started as once a week and up to 3 time a week now. I recommend starting at episode 1. You can download them so you don’t use cell data if you’re traveling. I use podbean but any podcast app will work. Awesome way to spend a commute I might add.

  16. During the Obama / Biden administration, from April 12, 2009 to April 10, 2010 in the United States alone, CDC estimated there were 60.8 million cases, 274,304 hospitalizations, and 12,469 deaths in the US due to the (H1N1)pdm09 virus. Additionally, CDC estimated that up to 575,000 people worldwide died from (H1N1)pdm09 virus infection during just the first year of the virus. The media did not blame or criticize Obama / Biden, and sleepy Joe did none of the things he claims he would do now. The world did not stop, countries did not shut down, businesses and shops did not close, the markets did not crash, the FED did not cut rates by 100basis points down to 0%, travel was not halted, businesses did not close, the Supreme Court did not shut down, public and private events were not banned, people did not go home from work, etc. The same can be said about the 1957 H2N2 pandemic, and the 1968 H3N2 pandemic. Either give Trump the credit he deserves for taking these drastic measures surely in your best interests or admit you are a biased Dem that cares only about party and not about country. Read last paragraph again and make a choice - 1. credit to Trump or 2. admit you are biased.
