  1. You have to give it up to Ensworth's Freshmen too. They now hold the record for the freshman 4x8(Matt Scrola, Grant Sanders, Timothy Baxter, and Garrett Carmicheal), and trust when I say they did it easily. This MLK and Ensworth 2010 class will compete for the rest of their high school career.
  2. I would just like to say that Josh Slater deserved the MVP award. He is an amazing point guard that sees the court very well.
  3. Ensworth had a great game tonight. With 1:30 to play they were down by 12 and ended up losing by 2 pts. Gary Pope scored 30 pts, and Tavarres Jefferson had around 25. Ensworth aslo did a great job of break their press. Union City is gonna get beat pretty bad against BA or even Pioneer, because they lack size.
  4. What about Ensworth, Montgomery Bell Academy, or Brentwood Academy? I've heard some about them, but are they any good?
  5. I agree but he is still young. Next year is gonna be their year.
  6. I have a feeling that you might be right, but next year is going to be their year. The starters will be more experienced, and Trent Wallace (now 11th), who is 6'7", will be eligible.
  7. Yes I'm pretty sure you are right, but they let him go back. At least I think they did.
  8. Yes, Ensworth does only have 2 juniors, but one of the juniors is ineligible. Jefferson has heart and can play D1 basketball even if he doesn't grow anymore, that is if he doesn't choose D1 football.
  9. I've heard a lot about some of the teams and very few about the individual players in this division, so i would like to hear other people's opinions about the teams and players.
  10. I agree with this. Tavarres Jefferson is averaging 24 points a game right now. Not only do they have Jeffeson but they also have Miles Asafo-Adjei (10th), Kevin McDermott (11th), Gary Pope (10th). It may be hard for them to get to the championship game, but next year they will have more of a chance considering that they will have Trent Wallace (11th now) who is 6ft 7 who can shoot 3's.
