I believe the tournament will look like this. (7#1) Livingston Academy vs. (8#4) DCA (8#2) White House vs. (7#3) Dekalb Co. (8#1) Station Camp vs. (7#4) Macon Co. (7#2) Upperman vs. (8#3) Greenbrier All 1st round games will be hosted by the higher seed. All games are on 2/28 @ 7:00pm *If this is incorrect please let me know.

Tennessee AA basketball started out with 112 teams. They all had one goal in mind. Now, only 64 teams remain. Now that we can clearly see the brackets what are some thoughts on matchups or future matchups... There will be 32 AA basketball games on 2/28... What a night it will be! My favorite to go all the way is Livingston Academy!

I wouldn't get too excited just yet. Although the Cats played great, they still may have to play Upperman one more time... And it would be back in the BEE HIVE where the officiating will always be favored for Upperman. LA will just have to kick it up a Notch and play even harder and better. Thats assuming Upperman can beat John Jenkins.....

Looks like that STING EZZZZZ will be going on sale tomorrow. I thought both teams played well. LA just played a little better. The refs were fair. Missed some on each end and made some bad ones on each end. TJ Smith played great. You would think that Upperman would have taken away that 15 ft jump shot... Jackson played well for LA also. Nash played well for the Bees. If Dustin Baxter gets those shots to fall, it just might be a different story next time.

Looks like Upperman will HAVE to beat either LA or Station Camp to stay away from that undefeated team... Wonder if the Bees are starting to feel a little pressure?

Shows how much you know... Especially when it comes to LA. Coach Melton coached most of his current players in middle school. He has coached Dunn, Ramsey, & Peterman, for their "entire" basketball career. He coached TJ Smith, Kendall Melton, and Adam Wilson for most of their middle school career. He even coached the younger Melton and Hayden Hill in middle school for a year or two. He also had last years seniors Todd Smith and McClerrean for most of their middle school years. Before that he coached Tyson Stover and Brandon Matthews (1,000 point club member) in middle school and then at LA. Some other players that played on his teams at LA that weren't from his middle school spent some time playing AAU for him. One I know for sure would be Wilson Cates (1,000 point club member). Another good player at LA that Melton coached in middle school was Matthew Reeder (1,000 point club member). Reeder graduated the year before Melton started coaching at LA. ** Really looks like all that talent has just been handed to him uh? Get a clue.

Sounds like this was one heck of a game. I would have liked to seen White House give Jenkins a game. I still think that Station Camp will be the only 8AA team to make it out of the 1st round of the region.

Not showing much class or intelligence for that matter for you to post something like this. I have never heard such poor attempt at a put down. Livingston and Upperman coaches may have their flaws, but they certainly have plenty of class and integrity. They can't help the fact that their 2nd string is just as good as most team's 1st string. I have never seen either coach have their starters in and still be pressing while up 25+ in the 4th quarter. This is nothing more than a weak attempt to put two coaches down by a very sore loser. The only thing LA and Upperman have been dishing out is losses to other teams. If you don't like it, spend more time in the gym and be able to compete one day.

Hinges? Never said that the a victory depended on these two. I said that if they have a big game we will win. Maybe I should have said we should win if those two play big. Be hard to lose with those two playing well along with Dunn's usual performance. We could win without them having a good game. Just imagine how hard it would be to beat us with those two playing extremely well... Or any other 2 wildcats for that matter have a big night along with Dunn's usual performance. If people thought the game at Livingston was exciting.. Just wait for this one. This will be an exciting game. I think that if TJ Smith and Devon Ramsey each have a big game then this one will go to the Wildcats.

Best high school player I have ever seen. Just might be the extra motivation that he needs to carry SC to wins over Upperman and LA and on to the State Tournament.

Is it just my imagination or didn't LA already beat SC once this year....?
