Mr. Postman. I usually do not reply to the trash talk on here. but I applaud you, this one got under my skin. My son plays and let me assure you that money aint part of it. His dad and I work our butts off to provide for our kids and bring them up right. He in turn, works his butt off in practice to learn and be better and boy does he love the game!! I usually like your banter but mister back off on this one, cause with this football player it didnt have anything to do with money or he would not have ever even graced the field. He was on it because of his talent and determination and love of the game!!! So talk about anything but dont say my son played due to money....... Mother Goose

Well in just a few short hours we will watch some football!!!! Fairview fans safe travels to our neck of the woods. Hope some of these posts didnt scare you!!! Praying for a good injury free game.. Cmon Smith County Owls!!!!!!

All kidding aside rumor mill abounds!!! In the mill this week Maynord def taking position at MC and also J Hackett going to WC... If these turn out to be facts.... when will they let the SC team know their decision... Would think SC would be in a little "limbo" hold your breath position///

Hey Bluebellz!!! Sorry I was reading all these dang posts and didnt know whose gosh darn thread I was on!!! Started out SC vs Pearl, then out of nowhere here came comments about Gordonsville and other teams... Cmon guys the regular seasons over. SC 10 and 0 and dang proud and deserving!!! The CONSTANT comments about who SC does and does not play gets old...but then I guess SOME people have nothing better to do... Go Owls, and personally I see SC winning this one by 10... Yes Bluebellz I will be there with Black and Gold on.. cmon out and sit with me.... I will save u a seat and we can " boogie to the band" at halftime... Even ole Termie may get his dancing shoes on!!!lol Termie holler at me,,, and I will buy ya a chicken sanwich and a popcorn..!!!

Well it's like this.... MC put "a whoopin" on SC last year and played a dang good game... Kudos to them for LAST year... Alas this is a new year and I think SC has found their faults and the score will be rotated to SC favor... SC by 3 as I personally expect a good close battle.. MC flying from last years win and SC pumped up from the loss and looking for "payback"// Think defense will be the key on both sides... Bluebellz holler at me at lunch and I will tell you the identity of Termie... Took 3 years but have it... My treat for lunch just meet me at work...

Think game against Gordonsville gone in the Owls mind and they are directing all thought to Livingston.. Sure hope they are... Know they will be practicing all week and improving... Looking foward to the scenic drive there this Friday.. I think will be close... but I believe the Owls can pull a win out...Goooooooooo OWLS!!!
