  4. Congratulations goes out to Laura Lamberth of White House TN, a Junior at Goodpasture, member of the Tennessee ODP Soccer team and member of U17 Brentwood Real Madrid Soccer Club has made a commitment to a 4 year schorship to play for the MTSU Woman Soccer Program in 2008. REAL MADRID was the 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005 and 2006 Tennessee State Champions. She has picked MTSU over the other 5 to 6 schools, including Southern Mississippi and Mississippi Sate, that have been looking at her over the passed couple of years due to the MTSU coach, Aston Rhoden, two-time Sun Belt Conference Coach of the Year, and the fact that she can stay in the Middle Tennessee area and play for a GREAT team like the BLUE RAIDERS. Laura has been an outstanding player and it will be great to be able to watch her play at the next level. We wish you the best in 2007 as you start your senior at Goodpasture and as you start at MTSU in 2008. 2006-07 Girls Soccer Awards All-State: Laura Lamberth All District: Laura Lamberth 2006-07 Girls Basketball Awards All District Tournament: Laura Lamberth Laura Lamberth leads or holds the following records at Goodpature with her senor year still to come: 2nd in Career Goals @ 60 1st in Goals Season @ 26 2005 2nd in Goals Season @ 22 2006 1st in Goals per Game @ 6 2006 Tie 1st in Asst per Season @ 10 2003 2nd in Asst per Season @ 9 2005 1st in Career Asst @ 31 WHAT A PLAYER!!!!........... and you find time to play basketball also. 5. LADIES, Congratulations on a great season The Heritage girls lead by Coach Davis came within two points and 1 second of winning the Region 5-A Semifinals. Katie Dunn made a lay-up with one second left in the game to give Middle Tenn Christian (21-9) the win over White House-Heritage (15-11) in the Region 5-A semifinal at Eagleville High School in Eagleville. Dunn had 13 points and Chelsea Hannah of White House-Heritage led all scorers with 18 points. I want to thank the whole team for the season. It has been a true joy to watch and support you this season and I can't wait for next season. Even if I do not have anyone playing or going to school at Heritage I love supporting the teams. Have a great off-season and work hard, A FAN
  6. I have only seen one or two of the 8 AA games this year but I did see one of the tournament game between Goodpasture and Station Camp and what a game it was. I spend most of my time at single A schools. I'm a little surprise that #20 Laura Lamberth is not being talked about more. After watching her score 30 point with five 3 pointer I started to check on her and found out a couple things. She a JR that first sport is SOCCER. He is ranked number 5 in the state in 3-point % at 2.5 per game. She has scored 67 3 - pointer in 26 games...... that is allot of points. I guess that why White House guards her really close and builds a game plan around her and Cartwright. I would have thought that a girl scoring this many points and leading all girls in the district would have MADE ALL DISTRICT. The game that I saw.... I have only saw Goodpasutre ONCE.... The Cartwright would not pass the ball allot (BALL HOG) and would just charge at the goal almost out of control and missed most of the time. Maybe she had an off night. I was happy to hear that Lamberth got ALL TOURNAMENT .... after the 30 point game, alone, that I watched she should have gotten it. Keep up the GOOD WORK # 20 I will keep checking back on you. With everyone RETURNING in 2007 - 2008 your will be one to deal with in District 8-AA. ALSO GOOD LUCK ALSO to REGION 5-A EAST ROBERTSON AND WHITE HOUSE HERITAGE TONIGNT. SUPERFAN
