I played in West Texas, back in the mid to late 80's My pad level wasn't where it was supposed to be one afternoon. One of my coaches, who played at Texas Tech, decided to correct this. We lined up. He drove-blocked me back bout 10 yards, picked me up in the air and body slammed on the ground. My pad level was much better after that!
