  1. I don't know a thing about the Wilson County teams. All I can speak of is Hendersonville, and let me tell you, this team is going to be STOUT in the trenches this season!
  2. Just a note: Hville and Gallatin were in 5-5A last year. This season, these teams will finish in this order: Hendersonville Gallatin Beech Station Camp Portland (they will be way, way down here)
  3. Congrats to Nick Yazzie, on a great high school career, and a great collegiate career to come. That's all I have to say on the matter, I'm not going to participate in you talking down on a great player and a great kid as well. And the reason I was "hiding", I don't get on CoachT too much once the season is over, my apologies.
  4. ROCKY TOP!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!
  5. Hendersonville Commandos 2009 Schedule Aug. 28 Riverdale Sep. 4 @ Lebanon Sep. 11 @ LaVergne Sep. 18 Mt. Juliet Sep. 25 Hunters Lane Oct. 2 @ Wilson Central Oct. 9 Station Camp Oct. 16 @ Portland Oct. 23 @ Beech Oct. 30 Gallatin Good to see the Commandos keep the rivalry vs HLHS alive, and picking up the Riverdale is very exciting. My only problem with the schedule is that the HHS-Gallatin game is Week 10 this year, that's a pretty dang emotional and hard hitting game that could hurt one of the teams in the playoffs.
  6. You responded to my same comment twice. I feel loved. /blush.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blush.gif" />
  7. Alrighty. Good luck to slick Nick Yazzie wherever he ends up playing next season. I would hope that his on field performances have showed everyone that he is, indeed, a great talent. Sadly, your rather unique obsession with the young man probably will probably keep you from ever seeing this. You, sarahpalin, disappoint me. Just wish him luck and move on with your life, brother/sister. /rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />
  8. Could this be the same Gary Sanders that was a stud lineman for the Commandos in 98? If so, heck of a hire Portland, you got a guy that wants to win, no questioning his desire. Seems like every dang team in this new district is going to have a Hendersonville product on the coaching staff, whether it be a former coach or player.
  9. Won't have the kind of season they did last season. Just too hard of a district.
  10. So I am told. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
  11. 1999 Clinic Bowl MBA-CBHS There you go my good man.
  12. Pretty risky stuff, would be a lot of fun to watch. I do love how he says his explosive offense would convert a 4th and 8.......wait, why is your "explosive" offense in a 4th and 8 situation to begin with?!?! /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />
  13. Man oh man, how I wish Pope was never built and Golden had gone to the school he was zoned for..... But yeah, nothing wrong with a Hendersonville boy going off on a D1 team (if you can call Hawaii that) /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
  14. Congrats to Nick Yazzie and Richie Reichenberger for making the All State team this season. Great season boys!
  15. Congrats to everyone who made this team!
  16. Sounds like a straight beast indeed. Good luck to him next season! He's on Bearden, correct? Will they be 5A or 6A next season?
  17. Well goodness me, that is absolutely PHENOMENAL! What kind of numbers did this guy put up? Must have had some monster stats to make the 5A All State Team as a RB. Congrats to him especially, sounds like he'll win a Mr. Football Award at some point.
  18. So wait....Devrin Young is a sophomore and made the All State team? Congrats to everyone who earned this honor!
  19. Why would Crabtree leave Beech to go to DC?
