WOW ! What a first half of scoring? Way to go JBS!!! PC your time is coming! You guys are heading down the line of being very good. You have had a breakthrough year and though the score got out of hand--you are moving in the right direction.

My guess is that Coach Adkins and his coaches did a better job in coaching the bye week than in 1993. Moto was right. Lake County had lots of speed. JBS will be prepared Friday night. I am sure PC will, also, be ready.

Hey just having a little fun no disrespect. Wayne County fans are always really good people. The WC teams have always been big strong, physical teams and the scores have never really indicated the level of competition. ps--it looks like both JBS and WC better be ready to play this week. PC has had a really solid year and with you all having to face your in county rival--neither of us better be worrying about roads to each other's field.

Congratulations Indians!! Aftert the JBS game I knew you had the talent to be good. I was not sure about character, but you all haver really grown as a team. Congratulations to one of the best people in coaching, that being Coach Chatman. Everything I hear he is a real class act and has shown the ability to lead a team from adversity. Loosing in 05 to JBS and coming back to beat Goodpasture the next week and win the region. The problems in this year's JBS game and being able to turn things around. I think some people, even myself, have underestimaded Coach Chatman as a coach===Jeff Chatman mid-state coach of the year in 2A is not outlandish

Congratulations Partiots and the coaching staff. When I saw you play East it looked like you were fading, but you have bounced back the last three weeks and especially beating an always tough Mt. Pleasant team. Good Luck and play relaxed qgainst TC. (Was this your school's first playoff win last night? if so congratulations)

wc911 ---question how were the drives back in 05 or 07 any better than coming up? Congratulations to Perry County on a good year. The kids players at JBS seem to have alot of respect for you guys. Have a good trip up. By the way we have a good concession stand and the pork chop sandwich is great. If you get to Springfield early ask directions for The Depot---super food. I think Coach Parker from Cascade enjoyed it.

I did not like it in the past when teams with 2-8 records got in the playoffs from a 5 team region and a team from a nine or ten region with seven wins would not get in. I was hoping the Z plan would be better? However, no disrespect to MTCS, but how do they deserve a by? There has to be some standards of who can be in and receive a by. Now I may be speaking out of turn if MTCS played alot of ranked teams in larger classifications I apologize. By the way one would think the TSSAA would have the seedings correct before going on air. I found it odd that they had seeded teams from the same districts together and were having to adjust pairings on air. May be next year do the pairings show a couple of hours later.

Listening to Wayne County's head coach after their game with Collinwood he felt JBS would be the one seed and Wayne County number 2. I did not listen to the whole webcast, but it would seem Wayne County and Collinwood both are playing well at the end of the season.

We all like to speculate on who is better? Is Peyton Manning better or is Tom Brady? Was Magic better or Bird? Frankly it comes down to opinion. As a JBS fan this is a topic that does not need to be discussed. It can only create a situation where one JBS fan is debating another. It could lead to bad feelings. The author of this forum I am sure only wants a civil debate, but I could see this getting out of hand and some feelings being hurt. I mean no disrespect to the author--in his post you can tell alot of thought was put into this, but this topic should be debated among friends on a sideline not on the web. The author is right both are and were great for JBS.

East Robertson has better atheletes. If they can play with composure and character they can beat Heriatage. Heritage, however, is more disciplined and has solid coaching. The question East will have to answer when playing a rival game and a big game can they maintain composure. They cannot afford to let their emotions get the better of them when difficult situations in this game occur. My gut feeling is East has gotten smarter since JBS. East wins.

At one time this was a rivalry when they were yearly opponents and members of the same conference. However ,that has changed over the years. The big question can HC be competitive?

JBS fan and proud. The big difference last night is JBS has been in several big games in recent years and this gave them an advantage in this sort of game. JBS did not panic and this is a slap on the back for the players and coaching staff at JBS. Great Job! East should not be ashamed. Being down 22-0 and coming back to tie the game at 28 all late in the game shows the character of most of their players. Number 9 really stepped up for the Indians. It, also, shows that Coach Chatman is a solid coach. More importantly he is a really fine man and the sort of person you would want you son to be around. Both Coach Adkins and Coach Chatman are excellent role-models for the young men they coach. Both are men of character and in the long-run that will be what
