Lots of postseason games between these schools in other sports over the years, first in football since 1990.
Sequatchie County played McMinn Central in the regular season in 2009 (41-25 McMC) & 2010 (42-7 SC).

Region 1 3A- Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg will be in it with Chuckey Doak, Unicoi, Claiborne, and Johnson Co. Use to be in that region for years… not gonna leave just 4 teams in a region
There is already 4 team Regions, I don't expect that to change.

2A Projections:
East - 25
1 (6): Hampton, Happy Valley, South Greene, West Greene, Cumberland Gap, Eagleton (could be 2)
2 (6): Wartburg, Oneida, York, Bledsoe, Tellico, Polk
3 (7): Monterey (could be 2), Jackson, Smith, Trousdale, Westmoreland, East Robertson, Harpeth
4 (6): Marion, Cannon, Cascade, Forrest, Fayetteville, Loretto
*Harpeth and Loretto both make more sense in the West (Region 5) if imbalanced sides aren't an issue.
West - 26
5 (7): Summertown, Mt. Pleasant, Lewis, Hickman, East Hickman, Waverly, Camden (could be 6)
6 (7): Adamsville, Riverside, Huntingdon, Milan, Gibson, Peabody, JCM
7 (6): Bluff City, Trezevant, MASE, KIPP, Memphis Business, MLK Prep
8 (6): Sheffield, Oakhaven, Hillcrest, Freedom Prep, Fairley, Mitchell
There's only around 43 miles between Bledsoe County HS and Marion County HS they will be in the same region.

My profile says that joined in April 2001 but I swear I remember using CoachT at some point in High School from the fall of 95 to spring of 99?
Okay I was right 25 years, 1997 that would be in my Junior year of HS.

3A to 4A
Northview Academy, Loudon, Signal Mountain, White House, Millington, Bolton
3A to 2A
West Greene, Cannon Co., Smith Co., Jackson Co., Waverly, Sheffield, Memphis Business Academy
2A to 3A
Meigs Co., Tyner, Watertown, Whites Creek, Cascade, Scotts Hill, Westview
Looking at Chattanooga 3A
My projection for a new Region 3-3A of Chattanooga area teams?
Brainerd
Chattanooga Central
Grundy County
Meigs County
McMinn Central*
Sequatchie County
Tyner Academy
*McMinn Central being the only hold over from the previous Region 3-3A.
If West Greene (R1) drops to 2A then you move a team or two from R2 to R1 (Union Co., Northview Academy)
If Loudon and Sweetwater jump to 4A, then move Kingston from R3 to R2. That clears the way for a Chattanooga area region.

Credit Bledsoe making the plays. Sequatchie didn't play their best game but had a chance to go up two scores a couple of times and never could get it done.
On the bright side Sequatchie can wrap up no worse than 2nd in the region and secure a home playoff game with a win this week at Community.

Any Bledsoe folks still on CoachT?
-
Sequatchie County (4-1) @ Bledsoe County (3-2)
"Battle for Chief Roaring Eagle"
-
What happen with all the Grundy folks that used to be on CoachT?

Sequatchie Middle School (4-1) rolled tonight over previously unbeaten Jasper Middle now (4-1) by a score of 38-6.
Looks like another group of talented 8th graders moving to the HS next fall to go along with the current Freshman & Sophomore Class that is seeing significant playing time for the HS team this fall.

First region matchup of the season.

It's great that all the Chattanooga media completely ignored our little Jamboree. Not one mention that I found in the TFP or Chattanooga TV stations.

He would have sold a lot more if he had another payment option other than just credit card. He should have thrown some up on eBay or Etsy with a PayPal option or even have a possible Personal Check option.

Meigs looked good overall. We gave up some passing yards but had a great showing from our offense. Defense was good against the run mostly but we gave up quite a few yards against the pass. The Fayetteville coach has changed their offense alot since I seen them last. Offensively improved for sure. I believe it was 28-14 Meigs through three quarters with starters. And 28-21 with Sequatchies JV getting a score. Someone can correct me if im wrong.
If you saw the game @Indian what did you think?
That sounds about right. Meigs has two quality Running Backs in I think #12 & #23.
Sequatchie has to clean up the mistakes. Had several nice plays on offense wiped out by penalties and several dropped passes that would have moved the chains. On defense the backfield has to make a play to get off the field. Had several times chances at an interception or just knock the ball away and couldn't . Credit Meigs on making those plays.
