I think I have got mine the past 3 or 4 years from Murphy so he should get them he is probably furious about this!

I sent a Email to Murphy asking if he had received my Check and sent it but he said he still hasn't got his copies and hopes to have them by the end of the week. I think he is as upset about this as we are!

Saw last night Channel 4 in Nashville will show the Vanderbilt At. Georgia Tech game Saturday at 4pm! The Only Prroblem don't TN & Wyoming come on 4:30?

If the Jamboree is any indication South Pittsburg looks to be a more passing team this year as oppossed to the past with a couple of good receivers also in the 2 quarters Marion Co. played in the jamboree they appeared to get tired easy which they can't do if they want to win games this year. 2a- champs-goodpasture runner-up-sweetwater I don't think in 2a that Goodpasture will beat Sweetwater for the Championship because I think they are on the same side of the Bracket come playoff time and would meet before the title game? Didn't see the game but saw highlights on TV and Ooltewah looks good I think if they make past this weeks game against Hixson the next test will be Sept. 20 at home against William Blount.

I think the Chatt. Times Free-Press has Nelson with 19 carries for 106 yards.

It was Wild Whitwell Scored with like 45 seconds left and each team started from the 30 no kickoffs and hit a pass that went to what appeared from where I was 8-10 yard line and Marion scored two plays later with around 25 seconds left! By the way parking was terrible you had cars lined up on both sides of 28 for probably over half mile if not longer and I think a lot people even parked at the Hardee's and walked! Actually no the stadium as for as seating was not full Whitwell fans didn't even fill up there own section! So ever one must have driven their own car! I think the best looking teams were Sequatchie Co. followed closely by South Pittsburg and Marion Co. although with that last Quarter it was hard to tell what either team was like because of giving up big plays. No disrespect but it should never be played at Lookout Valley because it is called "The Sequatchie Valley Jamboree" so it should stay in the Valley!

Yes Dunlap has had it twice I think if haven't been to Dunlap you need to come and see our new stadium she's a beauty! We also have a nice new practice field behind the stadium that will have a track when they get put in. I can't remember Boyd-Buchanan being in it the past 7-8 years! Notre Dame played in it for a couple of years till they started playing in Week 0 Games. The Jamboree was scheduled to be played in Dunlap since they got the new stadium for a few years but Marion Co. didn't like the idea although it appeared that the other schools thought Sequatchie Co. did a good job hosting it. But it was decided to rotate it to schools who wanted it? Now lets just see where everyone will park tonight in Whitwell not just Fans but 7-8 Buses!! :confused: [Edited by Sequatchie on 8-23-02 11:49A]

I think my local AM station has had that Scoreboard show on in the past on Saturday mornings after they rebroadcast the game from Friday Night. If its the same show I have always liked listenig to it. [Edited by Sequatchie on 8-23-02 11:38A]

Tim, I believe the Pogue/Fair show has been off the air for three years now. I remember it in '97 and '98 (on Fox I believe), but unless it has moved to an obscure station, I'm not sure it exists anymore. Too bad. Those guys were definitely not polished, but they provided the essentials - scores and highlights. I think 99.7 WTN has a pretty good radio show on Friday nights. All of the Chattanooga TV Stations have a 20-25 Minute Show on Friday Nights with Highlights & Scores! i think the only Nashville stationthat does that is Channel 2.

I think the Blue Raiders At. Alabama will be on JP Sports! I saw a commercial on the Chatt. WB station that carrys JP Sports games and I think it said MTSU Vs. Alabama Aug. 31 Does anyone know for sure? :confused:

Grundy Co. has been quite so for this season I don't know if that's good or bad? The Grundy Co. Newspaper which usually has a lot of info on the Yellow Jackets preseason scrimmages has had nothing so for this season. We should how ever see what they South Pitt. have friday in the Jamboree.

It is being played on Friday, instead of Saturday, at S. Pitt, isn't it? CoachT, I think that is right! I really haven't heard much about Marion other than numbers are down and haven't heard a thing about South Pittsurg. We should find out a little at the jamboree friday in Whitwell. South Pitt. plays Bledsoe & Lookout Valley Marion Plays Sequatchie & Whitwell
