  1. I think Coach A. said in the DNJ, that passing tournaments wer a chance to work the secondary. Looks like same o same o for the WARRIORS.
  2. Hope his infomation and stats were more than a page long .
  3. Well I know this has nothing to do with football, but I just want to say congrates to the Riverdale girls softball team. They were so close a couple of times, and now they have done it! The Riverdale spirit is still there, they will not give up no matter what. When you play the Warriors, a game is on. It is possible to beat them ,but that spirit will be at your next game with them, and cant be beat. Way to go girls, and way to represent Rutherford county.
  4. I believe the comment was, one of the best coaches ever at SMYRNA. That is IMO. Will agree with you on ROBBINS, at the highschool level, but the BEST coach that I ever saw at SMYRNA is COACH DONNIE CARTER, and that includes ROBBINS.
  5. One of the best coaches ever at SMYRNA, he is also a fine man. A great hire for RIVERDALE. Gurantee the defensive side of the team will be working hard. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
  6. Spring practice is in the second week. The returning BULLDOGS are looking good. Should be a great year for Cumberland.
  7. Smells fishey, sort of like a big SHAD, Smyrna SHAD that is.
  8. Thanks again Wingman, '09 has started with workouts & running. CU lost very little on offence and already has some great transfers during the spring semester for the defenseive side of the ball.Lost their quarterback to graduation, but their backup, Curt Bureau, is very capable and has had lots of playing time. This team were good in '08, should be a good year, can't wait! Go BULLDOGS
  9. Thanks WINGMAN, he had a great season this year and last year on the field and in the classroom. I'll try not to brag too much here, but this dogdaddy is proud. /rolleyes.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="rolleyes.gif" />
  10. Cumberland ends the season 6-5. A big improvement from seasons before, and lots of soph. and fresh. players returning. A young team no doubt, but people now know they can play. Future is bright at CU, a share of the conference title this year,a winning season, and finally throwing the rock more, this team has turned the corner, Enjoyed watching this team, and really look forward to the years ahead for these CU football players.Congrates BULLDOGS work hard, and hit those books. I predict now, that the buzz in Lebanon will be a full blarring roar before this team is done!
  11. Shorter deals CU a 27-24 lost with 9 sec. left and a 45 yd field goal. Winning Mid SouthConference West Division gone for another year, but we still can share the championship with a win over Lambuth.
  12. Cumberland wins in a shoot out. Belhaven 43 CU 46. Cumberland is 4&4 overall, but is 3&0 in Midsouth Conference Western Division. 3 games to go all at home, good chance for a post season game, time to bring it, good luck!
  13. #11 UVa-Wise 27 Cumberland 14. Gave this one away,Too many turnovers, dropped balls ,false starts,12 men on the field. Brought your "B" game against a ranked team, everybody, except maybe for the kicker.
  14. Cumberland wins again. CU 38 Faulkner 3. Great defense, offense is clicking, good job guys.
