  1. Go Commandos from MJ! Represent 9AAA! Stay & get it done!
  2. Game Day! Good luck to the Commandos from MJ!
  3. As cliched as it sounds, the Bears are playing team football right now and honestly believe in one another. It's tough to beat any team who has fostered that mentality, but even tougher to beat such a well-balanced team who has fostered that mentality. The fight in this team astounds me. The O continues to roll, and the D improves every week! They BELIEVE! And they've made a believer out of me as well. Certainly don't look for a blowout becuase Brentwood is way too well coached, but I think MJ will take this one a little more decisively. Go Bears!
  4. Last I knew, Beech was in 9-AAA also. They ARE, in fact! I just believe that Gallatin will be the only 9-AAA team bringing home a state title this year!
  5. WOW! How awesome that fans from so many other teams are showing up to support the Wave tonight. That's quite a long drive you'll have PatMama! Kudos! Better get there early! I don't think Beech's visitors' side will hold many more than 20-23 people! There may have been negative comments by some MJ fans thusfar, but this one will be there with bells on! Bring it home.
  6. Gameday! C'mon, Bears! Don't listen to the naysayers, just go out tonight & do your thing. We've been proving everyone wrong all season, we can do it tonight, too!!! GO BEARS!
  7. The fact that MJ seems to be such an underdog could work in their favor. In my experience, this team tends to play with a chip on it's collective shoulder when not given a chance by the "critics". I look for them to score points, regardless of how good the Oakland D has been playing. Mj's O is just too multi-faceted to be shut down completely. Now, can they win? All hinges on the D. Any given Friday, boys... Go Bears!
  8. WOW! Really didn"t expect that. I was hoping to be in attendance but weather prohibited it. Keep us posted MJp. There are some pretty expectant Bears awaiting the final...
  9. Portland looked VERY GOOD in the first quarter against MJ. They drove the ball well on offense and their defense held the Bears to a 3 & out. I know they played hard because they wanted to beat Perry and an undefeated MJ team, but if they can bring that intensity tonight, they can win by 10 or more. Especially since Aric announced this morning that he is out as the head coach at Central. Lots of turmoil in that locker room. Go Panthers!
